Our VDJ70 Pre-DPF Essential Stage 1 package is designed to deliver strong, usable power and torque while retaining the factory turbo.
Developed and calibrated in-house on our dyno, this package focuses on improved low to mid-range performance, throttle response and drivability. Making it well suited to daily driving, towing, touring and off-road use.
Package Includes:
4" Stainless Exhaust System
High flow stainless exhaust system designed to reduce restriction and back pressure while improving exhaust flow and note.
Pyro + Boost Gauge Kit
Dedicated EGT and boost monitoring with a vehicle-specific pillar pod and professional installation.
Fullsoot ECU Remap + Dyno Tune
Vehicle-specific ECU calibration focused on power, usable torque, drivability, boost, fuelling, AFR and EGT.
Baseline + Final Dyno Testing
Before and after dyno testing to verify power, torque, boost, AFR and overall vehicle operation.

Optional Intake Manifold Clean:
Heavy carbon contamination is common in higher kilometer 1VD intake systems and can restrict intake airflow. Starting with a clean intake provides a better foundation for tuning.
Our optional intake manifold clean includes new Genuine Toyota gaskets and seals replaced as required.

Strongly Recommended Heavy Duty Clutch + Matched Flywheel:
The factory VDJ70 clutch can begin to slip once additional torque is produced.
We can match a heavy duty clutch and flywheel package to suit the vehicle's intended use and future power goals.

- Final power and torque results vary depending on vehicle condition, existing modifications, fuel quality and drivetrain configuration.
- Vehicles must be mechanically suitable for performance tuning.
- A clutch upgrade may be required & is highly recommended to be able to reliably hold the increased torque.
