The Fullsoot VDJ70 Pre-DPF Elite Stage 3 package is our complete turbo, fuel, intake and cooling performance package for customers looking to take their 1VD-FTV well beyond the factory setup.
Each Elite package combines a matched performance turbocharger with +100% high-flow injector nozzles and the complete Fullsoot supporting system that includes intake, exhaust, cooling, monitoring and custom in house dyno calibration.
With three performance levels available, the package can be tailored from a responsive touring and towing setup through to a high output 400 RWHP Elite configuration.

Turbocharger specification selected to suit the chosen Level 1 VNT, Level 2 Gated or Level 3 Elite Gated output and intended vehicle use.

Normally valued at $2,920 inc GST fitted, tested and calibrated.

Safari ARMAX 4" Snorkel
Included as standard to provide a larger, fully sealed incoming airflow path to the upgraded airbox.
GSL Airbox + Unifilter
High flow sealed panel filter airbox with matched performance filter for touring, towing and off-road use.
GSL 4" Intake System
Reduces restriction between the airbox and performance turbocharger to complete the high flow intake path.
4" Stainless Exhaust
High flow stainless exhaust system designed to reduce backpressure and support the increased turbocharger airflow.
Fullsoot Intercooler Fan Shroud
Improves airflow through the factory top-mount intercooler to assist with charge air temperature control under load.
Pyro & Boost Monitoring
EGT / pyrometer gauge, boost gauge, vehicle specific pillar pod and professional installation.
Fullsoot ECU + Custom Dyno Tune
Every Elite vehicle receives an individual calibration developed around the selected turbocharger, +100% injector configuration and supporting hardware.
Calibration focuses on:
- Controlled boost delivery and turbo response
- Optimised fuel delivery
- AFR and EGT management
- Smooth torque delivery
- Throttle response and drivability
- Appropriate engine protection strategies
Engine Health Assessment:
Every Elite vehicle is assessed before major performance work begins.
Compression testing is completed before major work commences, along with checks including:
- Injector correction values and current calibration
- Boost operation and intake condition
- Cooling-system condition
- Crankcase pressure
- General engine condition
- Suitability for the selected performance level
If significant concerns are identified, the findings and any required repairs will be discussed with the customer before major turbocharger or injector work proceeds.
Baseline + Final Dyno Testing:
Every Elite package is verified before and after modification.
Testing includes:
- Power and torque
- Boost pressure
- AFR and EGT behaviour
- Fuel delivery
- Turbo operation
- Overall engine performance

Carbon contamination can significantly restrict airflow through the 1VD intake system. Cleaning the intake before final calibration provides the engine with the best possible airflow foundation.

- Intake manifold and runners thoroughly cleaned

- Intake and boost leak inspection before final tuning
Fullsoot Stainless Snorkel Upgrades:
Fullsoot 4" Stainless Snorkel
Designed for high-flow touring and performance applications.
Fullsoot 5" Stainless Snorkel
Designed to provide maximum airflow for larger turbochargers and high-output builds.
Both stainless snorkel systems are designed and manufactured by Fullsoot 4x4.
