The Fullsoot VDJ70 Pre-DPF Adventure Stage 2 package is a complete touring, intake and cooling performance package designed around the factory turbo and factory fuel system.

Rather than upgrading individual components while leaving restrictions elsewhere in the system, Stage 2 addresses the complete airflow path from the snorkel through to the turbocharger. Along with exhaust flow, intercooler cooling, monitoring and vehicle specific dyno tuning.

Built for towing, touring, daily driving and customers wanting a solid foundation for future performance upgrades.

Package Includes:

Safari ARMAX 4" Snorkel

A mandatory component of the Stage 2 package, providing a larger & fully sealed air supply into the upgraded intake system.

GSL Airbox + Unifilter

High flow sealed airbox combined with a performance panel filter designed for touring and off-road use.

GSL 4" Intake System

Reduces intake restriction from the airbox through to the factory turbocharger, improving the complete intake airflow path.

4" Stainless Exhaust System

High flow stainless exhaust designed to reduce restriction and backpressure.

Fullsoot Intercooler Fan Shroud Kit

Provides improved airflow through the factory top mount intercooler to assist with intake temperature control during sustained-load driving, towing and touring.

Pyro / EGT + Boost Gauge Kit

Dedicated boost and EGT monitoring with vehicle specific pillar pod.

Fullsoot ECU Remap + Dyno Calibration

Vehicle specific ECU calibration developed and completed in house, with a focus on usable torque, drivability, airflow, boost and fueling.

Baseline + Final Dyno Testing

Before and after dyno testing to verify vehicle operation and final calibration.

Complete Airflow Path:

The Stage 2 package upgrades the complete intake system rather than leaving the factory snorkel as a restriction.

This provides a larger, fully sealed and less restrictive airflow path to support consistent performance while tuning, towing and touring.

Carbon contamination within the 1VD intake manifold can significantly restrict airflow. The optional intake manifold clean restores airflow before the vehicle receives its final dyno calibration.

• Required Genuine Toyota gaskets and seals replaced
• Intake and boost leak inspection prior to tuning
