The Fullsoot N80 Essential Stage 1 package is designed for owners wanting stronger towing performance, improved throttle response and more usable torque without unnecessarily replacing the factory turbocharger or fuel system.
Rather than installing a generic file, every vehicle receives an individual ECU calibration completed and verified in-house on our Mainline dyno.
The package retains the factory turbocharger and fuel system while improving exhaust flow, power delivery and overall drivability.
Package Includes
GSL 3-Inch Stainless Exhaust System
A premium stainless exhaust system selected to suit the vehicle’s year and factory configuration.
The upgraded system helps reduce exhaust restriction while providing improved flow, durability and exhaust note.
Fullsoot ECU Remap and Custom Dyno Tune
Every vehicle receives a model-specific ECU calibration developed around its condition, existing modifications and intended use.
Calibration focuses on:
- Stronger low and mid-range torque
- Improved throttle response
- Smoother power delivery
- Controlled boost pressure
- Optimised fuel delivery
- Safe AFR and exhaust-temperature management
- Improved towing and everyday drivability
Baseline and Final Dyno Testing
The vehicle is tested before and after tuning to verify the result properly.

Pre-Tuning Vehicle Assessment
Before calibration begins, the vehicle is scanned and assessed to confirm that it is mechanically suitable for performance tuning.
Any significant faults or concerns identified during the assessment will be discussed with the customer before tuning proceeds.
Complete Installation and Road Testing
All supplied components are professionally installed in-house before the vehicle receives its final dyno calibration and road test.

Includes intake removal, thorough cleaning, required gaskets and seals, reassembly and boost-leak inspection.
